He has since served as a strategic advisor, board member, and executive partner to high-growth pet services and veterinary businesses, helping scale multi-brand platforms at the intersection of care, technology, and consumer experience. As CEO of Kindred Pet, Mitch brings a founder’s mindset, institutional discipline, and relationship-driven leadership style to building a differentiated, category-defining pet-care platform.
